If your business has listings, profiles and review sites for your employees as well as your business this can be very hard to manage.
Having all these listings and reviews under a single business means:
- Your listing health looks much worse as your employee profiles have personal information rather than business information.
- Your issue count will be much higher.
- You can't manage the online presence of each employee to ensure they are listing everywhere they should be.
- You can't give each employee access to their own listings and reputation to manage.
- Each employee can't have their own reviews funnel and landing page.
This is commonly an issue for businesses in these industries:
- Law Firms with each Lawyer having multiple profiles and listings in addition to the Firm
- Real Estate with each Agent having multiple profiles and listings in addition to the Agency
- Medical with each Doctor having multiple profiles and listings in addition to the Practice
To solve this problem you should add each Employee as a person under the business they work for.
Add a person
- Select the business from the top bar where the person will be added.
- Go to Setup -> Business from the Navigation Bar.
- From the three-dot menu choose Add Person.
- Enter the full name of the person being added.
- Click Create Person.
The person will be added to your account as a new Entity but will be associated with the Business they were added for.
Setting up the Person
The person will be created with the same information as the parent business and will not have a profile picture.
Go to the Profile page and add their information in the same way you did for the business.
Please set their profile picture and other data to be used on their personal listings and profiles.
Adding Listings
We don't currently scan for listings for a person.
To add the person's listings either Add them, Connect them or Move them from the business if they are already associated with the parent business.
