Connect your Google Business Profile

Connecting your Google Business Profile allows you to do the following:

• Manage and Reply to your Google Reviews
• Manage and Update your Listing Information
• Post to your Google Business Profile
• Add new Photos and Videos to your Google Business Profile
• Manage Questions and Answers on your Google Business Profile

To connect your Google Business Profile you will need an email address with management access to the profile you want to connect. See I cannot connect my listing or business profile.

To connect your profile.

1. If you are not logged in to a google email account you should first enter your email address.

2. Agree to allow myPresences the level of access being requested. This screen will list the permissions being asked for or you can click on the link to see existing access and what additional permissions are being requested.

3. Choose the Business Profile or profiles you want to connect.  

Select the location or locations you want to connect and press Next.

You should now have a connected Google Business Profile and your listing information and reviews will be available in the platform.
