Connecting your Facebook Business Page

Connecting your Facebook Business Page allows you to do the following:

• Manage and Reply to your Facebook Reviews
• Manage and Update your Listing Information
• Post to your Facebook Page
• Monitor your Facebook Analytics

To connect your Facebook Business Page you will need an email address with management access to the profile you want to connect.

User Page

If you don't see your business page listed when connecting it may be incorrectly set as a user page.

Representing a business with a User account is against Facebook's terms of service and you are missing a lot of business specific features by using a User page for your business.

Unfortunately, Facebook has removed the ability to convert a user page to a business page.

You should create a new business page and set it up for your business and then remove the old user page.

Connect your business page

1. If you are not logged in to facebook first login with your facebook associated email address.

2. If you have connected myPresences before you can just click continue or you can edit the settings to make changes.

3. If you have an Instagram associated business account with your Facebook business page then you can choose to also connect it.

4. Choose which Facebook Business pages you are connecting.

5. Select which functions you will allow myPresences to access. Note, if you unselect some options myPresences will not be able to fully manage your page.

6. Select the Facebook Page you want to connect. You can only select one, if you have multiple you should connect each separately.
