Posting your best reviews to social media is a great way to leverage social proof and get more business.

myPresences does sentiment analysis on all your reviews and will automatically create social media images for all positive reviews.

Even more, we will analyse every sentence in your positive reviews and create a social media image for every positive sentence.

These will be automatically added to the timeline and will be available on your Social Images page.

Social Media Formats

myPresences can automatically create social media images in the correct format for any of your social channels.

The supported social media formats are:

The default format is Facebook. If you prefer review images to be automatically generated for another social channel see below.

You can generate images in any other format at any time on the Social Images page.

If you want to automatically generate social media images in a format other than Facebook.

Go to the Reputation Setup page under Setup -> Reputation.
From the Default Social Image Size dropdown choose the format you want to use as default.
The setting is automatically set.

Note: This will not change the format of existing images. Review images for new reviews will use this format.
