Your base profile is where you set your ideal information for each Aspect that you want to manage online. We use this information to suggest improvements online so that your presences are as accurate, consistent and complete as possible.
Setting your base profile is one of the first thing you should do after the Discovery process when you add your business but you can come back at any time and set or change your information.
We will generate a number of KPI's based on your base profile and every time you make a change these KPI's will change to tell you:
- How many data issue you have.
- How many online aspects are different to your base profile.
- How many online aspects are missing from services that support them.
