I have an old review that was changed by the reviewer but it is not refreshing

We do not currently refresh reviews that have already been discovered.

If you have an existing review where it has been altered by the reviewer and you would like to update the review in myPresences then you can delete it and the next review update will add it again.

Most review services will be updated daily.
