Is myPresences available in my Language?

myPresences is mostly available in English Only. 

However, we are working on making the platform fully translatable.

Public and Platform content

There are 2 types of content in myPresences:

1. Public content.  These are pages that are seen by your customers such as your review landing page or your business profile.
2. Platform content. These pages and reports are only seen by you, your staff or business stakeholders who may use the platform or view reports.

Public Content

Public pages are translatable and we have translations currently for:

• French
• German
• Turkish

If your browser is set to these languages by default the page will use your language.

If your would like to assist in translating these pages to other languages please contact support and we will get back to you.

Platform Content

Platform content is seen when you login to myPresences as a user or view a report generated by myPresences.

This includes:

• Menus
• Page headers and descriptions
• Popup Messages
• Reports
• Documentation

This content is in the process of being made translatable.  

When it has been translated for your language it will automatically be used if your browser is set to use that language by default.

Automatic Translation

Your browser can translate english content to your language automatically.

This is the case if your browser is Chrome or Safari.

If you use Firefox you can download a chrome translation extension.

When visiting myPresences the browser will offer to translate.  You should choose your language and click on the three dot menu to the side and choose always translate.
