Setting an Automatic Review Campaign

When new contacts are added to myPresences they can be added to the Automatic Review Campaign so they start receiving Review Requests.

We create a default review campaign for you and this is set as your Automatic Review Campaign by default.

You can see your default review campaign on the Campaign Setup page.

Set your automatic review campaign

The Default Review Campaign will be set automatically. If you want to change it to a different campaign.

1. Go to Reputation Setup.
2. Choose your Campaign from the dropdown under Automatic Review Campaign.
3. Changes will be saved automatically.

Another option is to update your Default Review Campaign so this setting doesn't need to be changed.
