myPresences automatically gathers all review links from the listings we are managing.
However, there are a few cases where you may want to add Custom Review Links.
For example:
- Listings or profiles not managed by myPresences.
- Review links on pages that can't be retrieved by myPresences.
- Review links that are for each employee of a business.
- Anywhere else you want to send a reviewer that may not be a listing or profile.
Add a Custom Review Link
- Go to Setup -> Reputation on the Navigation Bar. You can also go directly to the page.
- Click on the Review Services tab.
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Click Add Custom Review Link.
- Give the Link a Title and the URL where the review link will go.
- Click the Add button.
The Title for the review link is shown below the logo to indicate to the reviewer where they will leave a review.
The new review link will be automatically activated and added to the end of the active review links.
The Logo for the review link will automatically be set from the website being linked to. If a logo can't be found a default logo will be shown.
You can re-order the link to give it a higher priority.
Delete a Custom Review Link
If you make a custom review link inactive it will be removed and will need to be added again.
Edit a Custom Review Link
To edit a custom review link make it inactive and Add it again with the new title or link.
