The discovery process

The discovery process runs as soon as you add a business to myPresences and uses your initial information to determine as much as possible about your business's Online Presence and Reputation automatically.

The discovery process should take no longer than 20 Minutes and as it happens you will see Updates appearing in your Timeline as new presences and information is discovered.

The discovery process is an interactive process and you should review the information appearing in your timeline as it may contain a lot of information about your business and for many of you it will be surfacing presences and information you had no idea existed.

You should especially complete the following:

• Verify your presences that require verification.
• Connect all presences asking to be connected.

Once the Discovery Process is complete we will post a Next Steps section to the top of your timeline.
