Multi Location Review Management

Monitor, manage and respond to all your reviews for every location in one screen.

To access multi-location review management select All Locations from the business selector in the top menu and then click Reviews on the navigation bar.

This shows the reviews for all locations in one list. The name of the location where the review is from is shown on the review.

All review functionality is the same as managing reviews for one location.

Groups

You can also manage reviews for a group of locations.  For example, you could create a group for a city or state and allow someone to manage reviews just for those locations.

To manage reviews for a group you first need to Create a Group.

The group will then be listed in the Business Selector at the top.  

Select the Group and click Reviews in the navigation bar to manage reviews for the locations in the Group.
