The multi-location dashboard shows you how all locations or a group of locations compare for various analytics.
To get to your account dashboard choose All Locations or a Group from the business selector and the top of the page.
The page ranks each location on a number of important KPI's so you can see which locations are performing well and which aren't.
The page includes sections for:
- Home - General Analytics. The home tab is the default and shows your most important analytics.
- Google Business. Google Business Profile analytics.
- Website. Website specific analytics.
- Search. Google Search analytics.
Timeframes
By default the dashboard shows the current value for all analytics.
Click the timeframe dropdown in the upper right and choose different time periods including change over the previous period.
This includes:
- Current. The default. All numbers are the current value.
- Last 30 days. Change over the last 30 days and the change over the 30 days prior to that.
- Last 60 days. Change over the last 60 days and the change over the 60 days prior to that.
- Last 90 days. Change over the last 90 days and the change over the 90 days prior to that.
- Last Year. Change over the last year and the change over the year prior to that.
Map View
For each KPI you can also show a map showing each location and the rank of each location. This gives you a geographical understanding of why certain locations may rank differently.
Click on the Pin Icon for any KPI to see the map view.
Home Tab - General Analytics
Some of the KPI's include:
- Number of Listings. Shows the number of listings for each location.
- Number of Reviews. Shows the total number of reviews for each location.
- Ratings. The best and worst rated locations.
- Likes. The locations with the most and least likes.
- Followers. The locations with the most and least followers.
- Posts. The number of social media posts for each location.
- Photos. The number of photos on listings for each location.
- Videos. The number of videos on listings for each location.
- Showcase Views. The number of widget views on the website for each location.
- Emails. The number of emails sent for each location.
- Texts. the number of texts sent for each location.
- Issues. The number of listing issues for each location.
Google Business Tab
The Google Business tab shows KPI's from your Google Business Profile's for each location.
KPI's include:
- Search Impressions. The number of times each business appeared in search results.
- Map Impressions. The number of times each business appeared in map results.
- Website Clicks. The number of times the website link was clicked on Google Business Profile for each location.
- Phone Clicks. The number of times the phone number link was clicked on Google Business Profile for each location.
- Direction Clicks. The number of times the directions link was clicked on Google Business Profile for each location.
Website Tab
The website tab shows performance on your website for various KPI's. Usually a multi-location business will have one website so a single item will be displayed. For Agencies this may show website KPI's for all clients.
Some KPI's include:
- Sessions. The number of website sessions for each website.
- Average Session Duration. The average time of a session in seconds.
- Bounce Rate %. The average percentage of sessions that are bounced.
- Domain Authority. The Moz Domain Authority (DA) for each site.
- Web Vitals Desktop Performance. Website performance on Desktop from WebVitals.
- Web Vitals Mobile Performance. Website performance on Mobile from WebVitals.
- Web Vitals Desktop SEO. SEO score for your website on Desktop.
- Web Vitals Mobile SEO. SEO score for your website on Mobile.
- Web Vitals Desktop Best Practice. Best Practice score for your website on Desktop.
- Web Vitals Mobile Best Practice. Best Practice score for your website on Mobile.
- Follow links from listings. The number of follow back-links to your website from listings for each location.
- NoFollow links from listings. The number of no-follow back-links to your website from listings for each location.
Many website KPI's come from Google Analytics so please ensure this is connected. Some are also from Google Page Speed (WebVitals) https://pagespeed.web.dev/.
Search Tab
The Search tab shows stats from how your business appears in Google Search from Google Search Console (https://search.google.com/search-console/about).
KPI's include:
- Clicks. The number of clicks from search to your website.
- Impressions. The number of search impressions for links to your website.
- Click Through Rate (%). The CTR for your website.
- Average Position. The average rank position for your website.
- Google Indexed Count. The number of links to your website indexed by Google.
- Sitemap Indexed Percentage. The percentage of your sitemap that's indexed by Google.
