Redeem a coupon code

To redeem your coupon code you first need to have a user account.

If you don't have a user account create one at:

https://app.mypresences.com/signup/

Once you have an account you should redeem your code before adding any businesses. However, you can redeem the code once a business has been added.

To redeem your code:

1. Go to the account page but clicking on your user image in the top right and choosing Account.
2. Go to the subscription tab on your account page.
3. Click on the Redeem Code button.
4. Enter your coupon code.
5. Click on the Redeem button.

If your code is able to be redeemed the page will refresh otherwise a message will display indicating that the code could not be redeemed.

This will setup your account with the product associated with the coupon code.

If you go to the subscription tab after redemption your subscription should be updated.

If you have any problems with the redemption process please contact support and we will resolve the issue or redeem the code for you.
