You can't change your email address yourself.
If you need to move your account to a different email address please submit a ticket for our support team to change it for you.
There is a $50 USD charge to move email addresses as our team needs to manually verify the change and make the updates.

Process
We will first send an email to your current email address letting you know that there has been a request to change the email address for your myPresences account.
We will ask you to reply with the email address you have requested to move to.
Once we have confirmed that the account owner wants to change the email address our support team will change it for you and notify when the change has been made.
