When white labeling myPresences so that it is available on your own domain there are a number of limitations that you should be aware of.
These limitations are mostly related to working with external services that have security measures in place to ensure they only work with the organisation that they are registered for.
This means the following are currently only available when accessing myPresences from www.mypresences.com.
|Editing emails in the email editor||
You can login via www.mypresences.com/login/ to edit email templates and they will be available under your whitelabel login.
Email templates can be sent while logged into a whitelabel account but not edited.
|Social Login||Social Logins are disabled when accessed from a whitelabled domain.|
|Connecting to Facebook\Instagram||See Working with your clients online accounts|
|Connecting to Twitter||See Working with your clients online accounts|
|Connecting to LinkedIn Company Pages||See Working with your clients online accounts|
|Connecting to Google Services||See Working with your clients online accounts|

We are investigating a number of options to allow these actions to work under a white label login.
If these actions are essential for your white label service then please contact our support team and we can discuss a number of options with you. This will involve creating your own developer accounts on these services.
