When white labelling myPresences on your own domain there are a number of limitations that you should be aware of.
These limitations are mostly related to working with external services that have security measures in place to ensure they only work with the organisation that they are registered for and to provide greater transparency to users about the companies they are authorising access to for their accounts.
This includes things like:
- showing the logo, name, description, url, privacy statement and more to the user when authorising access.
- Only allowing authorised urls to be used when connecting a service.
We are working to reduce these limitations as much as possible, see more advanced options below.
This means the following are currently only available when logged into myPresences from app.mypresences.com.

Editing emails in the advanced email editor |
You can login via app.mypresences.com/login/ to edit email templates and they will be available under your white label login. Advanced Email templates can be sent while logged into a white label account but not edited. You are able to edit basic email templates from your white label domain. |

Working with Third Party services
To connect a third party service login to your account via app.mypresences.com/login/. This will be very similar to when you login to your white labeled domain (except for the branding).
You can then connect any third party services for your clients accounts.
Once the connections have been authorised they will be accessible and will work with your white label domain.
More advanced options
We are investigating a number of options to allow these actions to work better under a white label login. Please contact our support team for more information.
Developer Accounts
If these actions are essential for your white label service then please contact our support team and we can discuss a number of options with you. This will involve creating your own developer accounts on these services and supplying your api credentials so that we can connect to API's as your service.
