White label images and banners – mypresences

When setting up white label you can customise the look of the application and reports to include your own logos and banners.

Logos

Logos are configured in White label setup under your Account in the Platform tab.

Account -> White Label -> Platform

This logo appears in the top left of the application on a desktop browser.

This image should be square with a recommended dimension of 400px by 400px and can be png, jpeg or svg.

This logo appears in the top left of the application on a mobile.

This image should be square with a recommended dimension of 200px by 200px and can be png, jpeg or svg.

The banner appears on the login page above the username and password.

The image should be at least 1200px wide and no more than 400px high.

The report banner appears at the top of the cover page for your reports.

This banner can be set in the reports tab of white label setup.

The image should be at least 1500px by 500px.

The public page banner appears at the top of public pages such as your review landing page.

This image is set in your Profile under the Cover Image entry.

You can select one of the cover images from your social channels or use the upload button to upload your own.

This image should be at least 1500px wide.
