By default emails will be sent from [email protected] and will display Team @ {business_name} where {business_name} is the name of your business.
We recommend that you use your business email service so that your customers see emails coming from your business.
Setup is very quick and requires you to have SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) settings for your email provider.
Email settings are configured as part of the white label setup and can be setup at the Account Level or the Business.
From Address
The from address is the email address where you want emails to come from. You can set this as a simple email address but we recommend that you set a nicer from address that will display a term you choose rather than the email address.
To set a nice email from address use the format "name" <emailaddress> , for example "John from ACME" <[email protected]>.
Note: It is important that the name is in inverted commas but the inverted commas will not appear in your emails.
SMTP Settings
The SMTP settings are used to send emails via your email service. You should be able to get these settings from your email provider.
