Email your customers and request reviews

myPresences provides the ability to create emails that you can quickly send to your customers to thank them for their business and ask for reviews.

In fact, we include some defaults so you can get started immediately.

These emails allow you to gauge yours customers satisfaction by including optional sections to gather things like NPS scores and use these responses to help you determine customers that are happy and ones that need extra care to keep them.
