Message templates (Text\SMS)

Message templates can be created for Text\SMS messages to be sent directly to your clients or added to campaigns.

Message templates are managed on the Message Setup page under the Setup Menu -> Messages.

Message templates can include the same merge tags as for email templates.

Creating a message template

To create a message template:

1. Go to the Message Setup page.
2. Click on the New button.
3. Give the message template a unique name.
4. Click the Save button.
5. Edit the message template. Insert merge tags from the merge tag dropdown.

Deleting a message template

To delete a message template:

1. Go to the Message Setup page.
2. Select the template you wish to delete from the top dropdown.
3. Click on the Delete button.
4. Confirm the deletion of the message template.

Changing the name of a message template

1. Go to the Message Setup page.
2. Select the template you wish to rename from the top dropdown.
3. Change the name of the template in the edit at the bottom of the page.
4. Click the Save button.
